The facilities included interconnecting rooms, beneficial for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, our stay was relaxing. The breakfast each morning had delicious options. I appreciated the free bicycle rental and often cycled into town.

i liked the breakfast. it offered a great choice and eggs were cooked to order. the vietnamese coffee was great. the swimming pool was set in lovely grounds with plenty of sun beds, i loved it

vietnamese meal breakfast choice vietnamese coffee cocktail deal

the staff explained breakfast options and the shuttle to town. i got a voucher for a free vietnamese meal and a three-course birthday dinner. breakfast had a large selection, and i could order omelets and eggs. the vietnamese coffee was great (it really woke me up!). the cocktails were a steal with a buy-two-get-one-free deal, and wine had a similar offer.

The air conditioning cut out whenever i left the room.

i found the staff particularly helpful and friendly. our room was spacious, and its air conditioning worked efficiently. the grounds are well kept. i also appreciated the free bike rentals that allowed easy travel to local areas.

the restaurant food quality did not consistently meet my expectations for a five-star experience. this was somewhat disappointing given the otherwise high standards.
