i found the staff particularly helpful and friendly. our room was spacious, and its air conditioning worked efficiently. the grounds are well kept. i also appreciated the free bike rentals that allowed easy travel to local areas.

the restaurant food quality did not consistently meet my expectations for a five-star experience. this was somewhat disappointing given the otherwise high standards.

the staff provided really good support, notably huy whose english skills were excellent, and the team were really nice too ensure a smooth stay for all guests, which really stood out to me.
